Financial Reports
The District continues to maintain a transparent and sound financial position while maintaining low rates and accountability to its customers.
The District prepares the following financial reports:
- An Annual Comprehensive Financial Report presented to the Board in December
- A Popular Annual Financial Report distributed to customers in December
- An Annual Budget adopted by the Board in July
- Quarterly Investment Reports presented to the Board in February, May, August, and November
- An Annual Investment Report presented to the Board in November
- A Five-Year Financial Plan and Cost of Service Study last adopted July 1, 2023
- A Capacity Fee Study last adopted July 1, 2023
- Monthly Check Reports presented to the Board
- Monthly Expense Reports posted to the District website
