The Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) provides a highlighted summary of the information in the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. This report is specifically created to be readily accessible and easily understandable to the general public and other interested parties without a background in public finance. 

The PAFR is created by the District from the corresponding Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.  The District undergoes an annual audit in order to safeguard assets and ensure proper recording and reporting of transactions using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

The District received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for its Fiscal Year 2023/24 Popular Annual Financial Report.
