Larger quantities of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) left in pans from cooking should be scraped off using a spatula, placed in a non-breakable container, and stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Once you have filled the container, label it SPMUD FOG and call (916) 886-2976 or email us using the form below and we’ll come to your house and pick up your FOG for FREE the following business day, Monday through Thursday.
