District Engineer. Carie Huff is responsible for the activities and operations of the Technical Services Department including Engineering, Contracting, Inspection Services and Capital Improvement Programs. Carie previously served as an Associate Civil Engineer for the District for 5 years. She is a registered Civil Engineer in the States of California and Nevada and has an additional 15 years of prior engineering experience in municipal government and the private sector.
