District Engineer Carie Huff is responsible for the activities and operations of the Technical Services Department including engineering, contracting, inspection services, capital improvement programs, and source control. Carie is a registered Civil Engineer in the States of California and Nevada and has over 20 years of engineering experience in municipal government and the private sector with over 10 years at the District. Carie also holds a Grade 4 Certification from the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) in Collection System Maintenance.
