The South Placer Municipal Utility District (SPMUD) adopted Ordinance #15-02 at its board meeting held on August 6, 2015.

Ordinance #15-02 establishes a sewer participation charge schedule for SPMUD equivalent dwelling units becoming effective 10/01/15 as follows:

Implementation Date SPMUD Sewer Participation Charge
10/1/2015 $3000/EDU
10/1/2016 $3750/EDU

Regional Participation Charges also collected by SPMUD shall be adjusted annually in conformance with the recommendation in South Placer Wastewater Authority Resolution No. 2008-01, and any amendment thereto.
